Homemade holidays

With a little time saved from my Boston commute and ALOT more time at home, I seem to have turned my sights on homemade decorations and gifts this holiday season. Some of it stems from not being able to find what I am looking for and thinking, I can just make it! Some of it seems to be more a way to have some sense of control and an outlet from all the happenings "out there." I can think of worse coping mechanisms!
